Step 1: Contact Charlene Gammaloat email@example.com (216) 308-1274 with the dates for you/your groups trip.
Step 2: Make sure you have a passport. If you do not, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks to get one, so please allow yourself enough time, as it is mandatory to travel to Haiti. You can apply for your passport at ( ). The current rate for a passport is ($ ).
The deposit is $100 per person to secure your trip. Deposits are kept upon cancellation.
Step 4: Contact your family physician to inquire about shots for international travel and anti-malarial medication, as well as visit the CDC website for recommendations.
Step 5: You may want to begin thinking about fundraising. The cost of your trip will be $1200. This includes your flight, food, transportation, and housing. We can help you with fundraising ideas if needed.

- Visit children who are sponsored through the Foundation Haiti Project
